All products are photographed, described in detail, and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in the condition shown. Because of the straightforward nature of our products and the care we take in presentation and shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
As a father and son team operating from Boise, Idaho, we want you to understand our policy:
- Accurate Representation: Every card listing includes detailed descriptions, high-quality photos, and condition notes so you know exactly what you're purchasing
- Random Selection: Cards are randomly pulled from large lots and are not hand-selected, which is reflected in our pricing
- Factory Quality: All cards are high-quality products directly from the factory in their original condition
- Secure Packaging: We package all cards with professional materials to protect them during shipping
- Final Sale: All sales are final once completed
Exceptions to Our No-Return Policy
While we do not accept returns under normal circumstances, we will work with you in the following situations:
Damaged During Shipping
If your card arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Do not discard the packaging materials
- We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier
- Resolution may include a refund, replacement, or credit, depending on availability
Incorrect Item Sent
If we sent you the wrong card or product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item you received
- We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense
- We will send you the correct item or provide a full refund
Significantly Not As Described
If the card you receive is significantly different from our listing description:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide detailed photos showing the discrepancy
- We will review your claim and work with you on a case-by-case basis
- Note: Minor variations in color due to photography or screen display are not considered "not as described"
What Is NOT Covered
The following situations are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Cards that match the description but don't meet personal expectations
- Normal variations in card centering, print lines, or other factory characteristics that are typical for the product
- Cards randomly selected from lots (as this is disclosed upfront)
- Differences in perceived value or market price changes after purchase
- Cards you intended to have professionally graded but chose not to after receiving
- Minor color variations due to monitor settings or photography
- Cards damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
- Claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery
Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind the authenticity of all our basketball cards and Cooper Flagg cards. If you believe you received a counterfeit or altered card:

- Provide detailed photos and explanation of your concerns
- We may request professional authentication at our expense
- If confirmed as counterfeit, we will provide a full refund and cover return shipping

- Keep all original packaging materials until you're satisfied with your order
